Muscle Milk?

Hi Ladies!!!
Missed a lot of you!! You KNOW who you are!!!
Question for my ladies...
Is Muscle Milk good for the ladies even if you're trying to lose body fat???

If your goal is to lose bodyfat, my guess is its goign to be too loaded w/ fat, carbs, sugar & extra cals that aren't goign to help you get to your goal faster. There are lots of quality protein mixes that are low fat, low carb, no filler shit that will work just fine.

Thank you Sassy!! Some guy told me this (NFL) and I told him that this wouldn't be good for me b/c of the very same reasons... but he INSISTED!! Men!! :p :rolleyes:
 
Uh ya, -- NFL. Different goal. He's a guy w/ a different type of metabolism, different level of activity and definitely different goal as far as building, maintaining muscle. Its not that MM is "bad for women", but for your particular goal, it won't achieve what you want.

I actually drink the stuff myself and love it. Its easier for me (full time work/full time school and full time gym stuff) to just grab it as either a meal replacement (i know i know) or to carb my incessant need for sweets. It's relatively balanced despite the "stuff" in it.
just one fools opinion.
