damn that shit has a lot of fat in it...

anyone ever tried the stuff, and how were your results...?

is this just a mass gainers drink...?

with all that fat, is there Omega3's in it...?

seems almost counterproductive for adding lean mass...
 
i love this stuff. i drink it every day pre workout instead of using whey with flax seed oil. besides, if you read the label, 80% of the fats are MCT's which are typically burnt as energy and show little or no propensity for storage as body fat.

i take one before bed and sanother during the day

LOVE the pre-made drinks chocolate and cookies and cream taste awesome and i think it's precent decent quality protein etc.. Seems like a quality product.. it tastes so good i have consdered sending it out for testing, one could really rely on it for a good portion of daily protein
 
Saying that "food X makes you fat" or "fat makes you fat" neglects far too many variables to be worth much. You could eat a Big Mac every day, with an otherwise decent diet and good training, you'd be able to make pretty lean gains. There are plenty of people who've made good gains with Muscle Milk and love the taste. But that doesn't mean there aren't healthier and cheaper choices. If you want saturated fat, go with coconut oil or red meat. Basically, if you use Muscle Milk for a meal or two, it obviously won't kill you, but there are better ways to get those calories.
 
I take it before bed. I've heard good things about the peanut butter and chocolate one but I can tell you from first hand experience, the chocolate is just 'okay'.

Maybe it's the fact the rest of my diet is pretty good but I haven't noticed any real fat gains.
 
you ingest all those calories and fat before bed...?

i assume you are simply trying add as much mass as possible...?
 
Yeah, I figured it would be a good idea to get some kind of a casein protein in me before bed, plus as you had already guessed, right now I'm just trying to bulk up
