I would also pass, unless you're lean and don't gain fat easily, which unfortunately isn't me. But if I ever get lean enough I will add a little in.

I've seen it for a few places around $19. The cheapest was efitstore, they had a special where you bought one and could get as many for $16.99, but unfortunately that's over. Now to get $16.99 you have to buy 11, or you can buy 4 and get them for $18.
