thanks ......is Cyto-gainer any better than muscle milk in your opinion? It looks like Cyto-gainer is higher in calories and protien which is what I'm looking for.
muscle milk is a great OLD drink, but tons of fat. It used to be thought that MCTs (muscle milk's big "breakthru") would not deposit fat or not be used, but many studies over the past two years demonstrate MCTs have 9/gm like any other fat, and widen the wasteline and screw cholesterol like any other fat. Muscle milk has kind of had it's day. I always loved the taste of mm, and it will always be the king of taste! But you might want to try a new whey formula with low carbs and low fat, you will have much more definition and be much happier with your body in the mirror. The only time MCTs do seem to not accumulate is right after a workout, so one a day should be ok if you insist. My 2c, but muscle milk and mullets both need to go sometime, along with old heavy metal albums

According to convenient store clerks all ephedrine in stores are going to be stopped after March 1st.....you know what that means....no more yellow jackets .....actually, I'm kind of glad...the shit is considered too much of a risk!
