Muscle Milk VS. Cassein Protein.

I was reading the Lable of Muscle Milk and it has Sat Fat and other stuff in it. Does Cassein have anything besides Cassein? Because I get my ratios in.

what do you guys recomend for Morning and Night Meals. Im on a mini bulker right now so im getting my cals up for the big deal.

I used to have whey + Milk in the monring, the milk should slower the digestion rate, but i want stuff that DEF takes long to digest.

Any Suggestions...

I posted in the Supplement area, but no one asnwered and im going to the store in an hour lol. Hopefully someone can shed some light
 
I have another post addressing the merits of various protein sources, I recommend Milk Isolate. If you buy in bulk it's around $6.11 a pound and fat is cheap if you want to add it.

I prefer to purchase bulk protein then customize the ratios. I get most of my saturated fats from lean beef so when I have a protein shake and fat I take some fish, flax and gla capsules. If I wanted to up the fat I could add olive oil or another "healthy" fat. If I want an MRP I use a milk Isolate, some EFA caps and an apple or oat bran cereal if I want more carbs. Others use all natural peanut butter or other nuts for healthy fats.
 
THANKS. I looked all over for the Milk Isolate with no Luck. So i picked up the Cassein. The Cassein Doesnt Blend too good, got to get myself a blender.

Imma look for the Milk Isolate next time but im gonna give Cassein a go For Breakfast and nighttime snack.

You must spread some Karma around before giving it to JavaGuru again.
