It can get a bit expensive if you consider that those jugs arent very large, but ive found its worth the money. TIP get the flavor Mocha Joe, has caffiene in it for a little pre workout kick
so, forget it ???? How many shakes a day are you gus consuming? I was pondering maybe ONE sccop, with one scoop of whey.............slat1 said:I used it for a year. So did a lot of my buddies that bb. I noticed that my bf% was getting worse and worse. Everything else in my diet was the same. I switched to Optimum and kept gaining muscle but started losing the fat. Told my buddies. They stopped using it and leaned out too. It tastes great but made me fat as hell!

Not true.....but anyways. CALORIES make one fat.........not sugar, not fat, but calories and since fat has more calories per gram than any other nutrient, it's easiy to consume excess. Sure some foods are stored more easily, effect the body differently, but after all is said and done....caloires my friend and it has a lot of calories.BionicBC said:Oh yea, and just because the fat content is high has nothing to do with making you FAT. Sugar makes you fat, not fat. Look at the Saturated fat content, its not high at all. Its full of Omega-3 fats, which are wonderful.
