The kinds I've had had 12g total, w/ 2 being fiber, so only 10. The Banana flavor if fucking awesome.

I dont know if that is true for everyone... I can eat around 10-15g carbs when I was TKDing, and that isn't counting a pre or post workout meal... I could eat a salad and some mixed greens yielding around 10-15g carbs for dinner and not be thrown out of ketosis. so that is different for everyone.
