muscle milk and cutting weight

Personally I avoid anything that remotely sounds like the word "milk" when dieting. Milk is basically lactose(milk sugar) flavored soda w/ some protein and nutrients. I like to be able to manipulate my carbs myself depending on the time of day it is, so I stay away from MRD's and use straight protein like whey or egg mixed w/ water or watered down juice.
 
muscle milk is lactose free, so there arent any milk sugars or associated bloating. It does contain malto which can be argued as a bad ingredient. I personally love MM when dieting. I'll have a shake of it right before bed and it's something sweet that I can look forward to at the end of each day of egg whites and tuna and all the other shit i get sick of.
 
Hmmmm... Maybe I'm just a fat ass then? Cuz any kind of sugar I consume softens me up-although it does seem to bring out my vascularity for about 20 minutes.
 
Bro I'd go with a low cal low carb shake for cutting. If his diet really is in check then he should be ok. I'm using Isopure protein for my cutter. I'd recommend 30mins of fasted AM cardio.

I don't know about the winstrol.
