Muscle Loss After Cycle

Hey guys, I was just wondering. I am going to do a cycle of 50mg dbol with milk thistle and r-ala. 8 weeks. Am I going to lose a lot of my gains after I stop taking the d-bol? If so, what can I do to maintain the gains? Also, any suggestions on anything better I could do would be appreciated. This will be my first cycle.
 
I wouldn't run dbol longer than six weeks. It's a 17aa steroid which is very toxic to your liver. Besides, after the 3rd or 4th week, the gains drop off significantly.
You should get decent gains with 25mg/ed if this is your first cycle.

Unless you take anti-estrogen with the dbol, most of the gains will be water. Now that's not to say that you won't gain some nice lean mass, it's just that without an anti-e it tends to bloat most people.

If you run the proper pct, you should hold on to a lot of your lean mass gains (not water weight, lean mass) In fact, to make it simple, you could run 20mg/ed of nolv throughout the cycle which would keep the bloat down. Keep running that for three weeks after you stop the dbol and you should be fine.

Six weeks...ok. How long should I be off before I do another cycle if I choose to do another?

Anti estrogen....nolv I'm guessing is one of these? What does nolv actually stand for?

Any other suggestions? I already eat a 3700-4400 calorie diet and my workouts are as intense as I can possibly make them. I don't go to the gym unless I feel 100% and that is almost all the time.

"Nothing beats a first cycle". Those words you should really take as gospel because it is true. Don't waste your first cycle on using something like dbol-only. Do some more research. I am sure you find a test-based injectable at 8-10 wks, w/dbol used as a 2-3 wk kickstarter.
 
and for gods sake spend more time reading all the posts here and they will answer ur questions. if you dont know what nolv is yet, i mean, not to flame you, but you are not ready for gear yet, do some more research, ur first cycle will be your best dont fuck it up.

I agree that there is nothing better than a test only first cycle. However, too many people forget how powerful dbol is and feel that if you don't stack it with something, you won't make quality gains. This is completely untrue.

With the addition of an anti-e to keep the bloating down, one could keep most of the gains from dbol. There is nothing wrong with a dbol only cycle, provided that it's done the right way.

Had his question simply been, what should he do for a first cycle. My response would have been to just go with test.
 
Thanks for all the great replies guys. I admit I am new to this stuff but I have been reading through all of the forums threads the past 4 weeks and have learned a lot from just reading. I tried to now sound like a newbie when I posted but I don't know all the slang names yet. :worried: Thank you for all the responses and I will continue learning.
