Okay so Iv been off my cycle for about 3 weeks now, I'm developing a bit of gyno in the right pec.
Make a long story short, when I'm flexed I'm hard as a rock, when I'm not the gyno pec is a little less firm then the other. Is this a because of gyno?? Or that pec just not firm? it's my right side too.
Or is it normal to have "flappy" chest when not flexd?
Oh and by the way, chest is my favorite workout of the week. I push chest harder the anything!
And my chest is still not growing to a size I'd like!
