Not sure what's changed apart from being on a cycle, but I started getting fucked up muscle cramps/spasms, like I would wake up in the morning and yawn and my lats would seize or I would sneeze and like every damn muscle in my body would spasm. Thats the worst trying to not breathe and stay motionless trying to relax the muscles before they start spasming again!
Anyway I remembered a long time ago a training buddy saying there was a relationship to cramps and potassium so drink lots of tomato juice.
Psychological? I don't know, but I've been making sure I drink a couple a day now and the cramps are gone.
