Muscle Cramping While Juicing

Hey guys, Im about halfway through my current cycle and I've noticed that I get muscle cramps all over very easy. With out even working out, for instance... I get a cramp in my side when Im just trying to reach around for a glute injection.
I drink plenty of water and eat plenty of potassiam, so I dont think it's a dehydration problem.
My question is:
Does anyone else ever experience muscle cramps alot while on gear?
 
Hell yeah, after chest last week my left tri started spasming before I got in shower , when I got out of the shower my left pec started tensing and rippling like a wave. I think its probably because I'm not flexing enough during my work out or my pecs are getting ready to tear off.:bawling:
 
man, I have had some serious cramps also. Last week after abs my entire abdominals cramped up. I couldn't stand. It took about ten minutes for them to relax. I have also had other areas cramp, mainly the pec area. Never had problems with this before my cycle. Since I started stretching more it has helped, but how do you stretch your abs?
 
Are you taking clen? I get really bad cramps from clens. Seems like every movement I make I get a cramp.
 
i am having the same problem, my blood seems so thick, i keep cramping, im not using clen either.
 
I get cramps while doing heavy bench. My f@#%king foot (toes) will cramp like a mofo. The strange thing is that it ONLY happens when I am doing my last set (heavy).

I get the same things as many of you. Back spasms doing almost nothing. Reach around and get a back spasm. It gets hard to do a glute shot. Cramps in my feet when I'm working out. Hand and forearm spasms. The only thing I do that helps (sometimes) is drink lots of water, take potassium and 2 aspirin.

I pulled my hamstring last week playing softball. :mad:

I was taking clen, winstrol and EQ.
I stopped the clens!! I was getting cramps and spasms... I feel good now.
 
I used to have the same problems that many of you are describing....if you're on clen. that's probably your problem. If you're not, then you probably need to stretch, take more pottasium, drink more water, and believe it or not, you might even need to get some more sodium, because you need to hold some water in your muscles. It may even be a combonation of all these. As far as stretching your abs, lay down on your stomach with your hands out in front of you, then start walking your hands toward your body, arching your back at the same time, keep walking untill you feel your abs stretching.
 
yeah I seem to be getting more cramps in my feet especially.Also my circulation seems worse, every time I lie down my arm or leg goes to sleep!

I did not have shakes when i used clen, but cramps were bad! If i flexed muscle it had very bad cramp and it was no fun!

Hi All, I just want to ask if anyone ever tried using medical cannabis as an alternative meds? I have read many articles about medical marijuana and how it can help you in terms of chronic pain, glaucoma, eating disorder/anorexia, anxiety disorders and panic attacks, inflammation, even cancer and a lot more. Like this article about a marijuana strain:Orange Kush. from: Cbd and thc are also new to me and I don't even smoke. If this is true I cant find any solid conclusive evidence that speaks to its efficacy. Any personal experience or testimonial would be highly appreciated. Thanks
