murderous rage

Anyone else have this affliction? i'm not angry all the time, i don't get road rage and i'm no quicker to anger than anyone else (i'm actually slower), but some things happened to me a while back, and i go in & out of murderous rages over it daily. Does anger management work? what do you do to help with your situation.

Often murderous rages stem one event or a series of events that are tied to one person or place. I know the feeling... there is a someone that when I think about this person, I just want to hurt them mentally, emotionally, and very slowly physically before I choke the life out of them.

cool beans. Does the feeling ever truly go away? that is what i want to know. I'm afraid that it won't and that i'll have it forever.
