Super Spectrum.

Developed in part by US Astronauts Medical Doctor, David Boska and microbiologist Anthony Pascetti. Pascetti is the individual
who developed time released Contac cold medicine.
Super Spectrum is micro encapsulated with a 12 hour time release. Reasonably priced. (about 22 bucks for 60 day supply) Not sure about store availablity. I know Dave Drapers website carries it.


Also another brand called Solaray, (mentioned in another post) I think their top of the line multi is called Spectrum. A Very complete and high quality multi. Pretty high dollar stuff. Around 35/40 bucks or so.
