After pissing on a urinalysis stick I noticed a few non-normal readings. I received a positive for small amounts of protein, had slight alkalinity, elevated specifc gravity, and small amounts of ketones. I had a pretty intense 2 hour jiu-jitsu workout several hours before and afterwards ate some chicken, grapefruit, flax seed oil, and milk with a multi-vitamin pack. I may be dehydrated also as I feel kind of crampy and sluggish, but I'm curious if anyone knows what to make of the readings. Should I do these tests when first rising in the morning for more meaningful readings?
