MS Excel people...

I need to take a contact list in vertical format and move it horizontally. i.e. right now I have

PERSON1
COMPANY
TITLE
ADDRESS

PERSON2
COMPANY
TITLE
ADDRESS

PERSON3
COMPANY
TITLE
ADDRESS

I need to convert that to:

PERSON1 - COMPANY TITLE ADDRESS
PERSON2 - COMPANY TITLE ADDRESS
PERSON3 - COMPANY TITLE ADDRESS

I have the current info in text, excel and html format. I need to end in Excel.

It's an online membership list I'm stealing so my boss can spam them....bitch.

I did it with VBA..........and not, that don't stand for very big ass.

assume the name starts in cell a2

in column b:
=if(isblank(a1),1,0)
in column c:
=concatenate(a2," - ",a3," ",a4," ",a5)

copy and past values in column c
Sort by column b descending and delete all rows with "0"

i have a very similar problem with excel right now. and it's because i've extracted (stole) a list.
