I'm thinking of moving my MRP shake w/ flax from my mid-am meal to my 230 pre-workout meal and just having a proten shake with ANPB midam.......anyone do this? Have an mrp prior to training?
TWO? I usually have just whey and ANPB prior and Whey w/ glucose after.....but, if it's a good idea, I'll move my whey and pb to midmorning and mrp pre-train.......solid?
