Mr.X's Magic Number

iced earth

New member
Hi Mr.X. U posted a fat/protein/carb % intake for the Keto diet in a past post and I can't seem to find it. You mentioned that if this % intake is followed, it will work great on shedding that evil fat. I think you said 55% protein, 35% carbs, 10% fat for the daily intake. Am I wrong? Can U post it again? Thanks in advance.:)

Dear Iced Earth,

This is not a true "magic number", as I know some vets will agree that there is no such things, but I can tell you one true fact about this number (that I use to maximize fat-loss): it has worker awesomely for me personally and numerous number of people that I have trained over the years.
(I do tend to change it 5% up or down, but again it all depends on the person)
50/30/20 (protein/carb/fat..%) has been the "magic" number.

It does seem to me, that after trying the 33/33/33, that the isocaloric ratio did not amount to the fat-loss that was achieved with the 50/30/20 ratio (although the amounts (protein/carb/fat) seem close, still there is a difference)

Mr.X
