I'm just wondering, which diet do you recommend for bulking?

I'm happy with the CKD results so far, and as I mentioned before, I plan on bulking in about 2-3weeks... but my only concern is gaining size in my waist and any extra fat.

I will be using AS, but I'm not exactly sure which to use.

I know I'm bulking, but would long acting esters such as a sust be a bad choice for test? I was thinking of trying anadrol/sust/Eq/winny(maybe)/l-dex/nolvadex.. for the cycle..

That cycle is more of a heavy bulking cycle, but if my diet is right on, would it beneficial?

Any help would be appreciated!

I would suggest trying my BULKING up basics where you cycle cals, or you can do simple ratios for everyday (which is the easiest by far): 50%protein/30%carbs/20%fat
weight x 20 for everyday, on rest days weight x 17
-this is fairly easy to follow

As far as the cycle, try this:
100mg prop ED
100mg fina ED
1mg armidex ED
R-ala daily (of course)

I think that cycle is more than enough, you have about 1400mg of AS a week, w/ the well known fina :)

Mr. X.. I can't do fina.. It gives me gyno.. I've tried 75mg/day and it's made matters worse. I think I'm allergic to it as well because it gives me this rash on my chest. Fuck fina :)

I'd rather avoid the stuff.

What else would work?

Prop/winny/eq/l-dex?

I was thinking I would run this cycle 10 weeks, but having prop in there ED would be very expensive. Would Using prop ed for weeks 1-5 at 50mg/day and cyp for 400mg/week 1-10 be beneficial?

Did you make your own fina? or buy it from someone? I have rarely if any, seen people w/ gyno from fina, only the ones that got counterfit stuff.

You can try: Sust/prop/EQ/l-dex
Prop is not that expensive my man.....it all varies....

I made my own fina the first time, then bought spectro fina for my second time. I had a pretty bad allergic reaction to it. I get very drowsy off the stuff.. It's not big deal, I can do without.

How would you run the cycle of sust/prop/eq/l-dex?

I plan on running 700mg/sust/week and Eq will be 600mg/week.

I'm not sure how I start off with running the prop?

500mg EQ/wk
50mg prop/ED
1mg armidex ED

That should suit you well.......

Is this the only reason I'm using prop at 50mg/day to kick start the cycle? Why should I run it ED throughout the entire cycle? (i'm just curious on the benefits)

Prop daily is beneficial to keep test levels steady in the bloodstream, sust will make your blood serum levels jump up and down. Adding daily prop will increase gains and can dramatically highten results.

One last thing.

Would throwing in dbol's for 2 weeks be any benefit? or will it only hold water for me? That's why I thought l-dex would be beneficial.

Depending on the dose...I would save it and run a post cycle dbol bridge.

There is no such thing as kick starting AS, that's a MYTH. Just save the dbol for a 4 week bridge.

I was debating doing a post cycle d-bol bridge. 10mg/day, soon as I wake up.

I'm worried about my test levels recovering though after the cycle, will the d-bol not suppress my body's own test levels at this dose in the morning? I plan on running HCG and clomid.

Also, how long can one run this type of bridge....is it strictly for short times between cycle's (4-6 weeks), or can it be used for longer periods (10-12 weeks)?

The time fram should be short, 4 weeks total imo would be sufficient. I would drop the HCG and just use clomid and armidex post cycle w/ the dbol to help you recover. You should be able to at least achieve a 70-80% recover, where when you stop the bridge you'd reach 100% w/o losing the hardearned muscle or suffering from catabolism.

Hey mr. x, two more Q's.

I missed my full body circuit workout today (sat) because I felt like total shit.. will it effect anything? Is it mandatory to do the saturday circuit?

My carb-up day is tomorrow, but I work till 12pm, which means I can't work out till 12:30pm.. What type of meals do I eat in the meantime? Should I just stick with just protein? no carbs, no fat? and once my workout is over, I can start eating my carbs?

Start the carbup w/o the circ training, just have liquid carbs starting in the morning until you get off work. The circuit training is helpful, but it's not the end of the world if you don't do it, so no worries
