I'm following the diet where I eat high carbs, low fat, high protein on workout days. The "off" day I lower carbs to about 150g carbs, and up on the fat and I lower proteina bit. This day I eat about BW x 12 and also add in some low intense cardio as morningwalk for 30 minutes before breakfast. The thing is I really need the 150g carbs taken in 3 meals(breakfast, lunch and dinner with GI of 35 from very slow carbs, high fibers). I also take 500mg ALa to each of these meals. Could you suggest a meal plan for me on this non workpout day, because right now I need a new plan. I have omega3 fat and thought to eat 7 meals this day. Breakfast 50g carbs, 45g protein. Lunch 50g carbs, 45g protein. Then go down on the protein to 30g each meal and eat every other hour, and also add in fat instead of carbs. any idea on a meal plan?
