Mr.X let me first thank you for sharing all of your knowledge, you seem to have mastered dieting from your replies......and are honestly helping tons of people...

Anyway, I have been doing the 1/3 1/3 1/3 isocaloric diet, however I want to drop 3% of Bodyfat faster......
Doing a CKD do you feel i could achieve this in 2 weeks? 6 days no carbs one day carb up? then repeat.....?

Also, if I dont want to stay on the keto after 2 weeks will my body and metabolism be screwed up after I stop and get back on the 1/3 fat, protein and carb diet??/?

Thanks you.....

One ore thins, are there any good workouts you could recommened that will keep my size ????Thanks!

BUY"BODY OPUS"BY DUCHAINE OR THE METABOLIC DIET BY DIPASQUALE-YOU SHOULD DO A 24 HOUR CARB UP AFTER YOUR THIRD LIFTING DAY OF EACH WEEK-YOU WILL PROBABLY LOSE AT LEAST A POUND A WEEK IF YOU DO IT RIGHT.

Dear NJstacked,

Thanks for the compliment, I truly enjoy helping people, but I gotta say that a lot of other vets on this board deserve recognition as well...they know who they are, so I wont start the name game.

Now, let's talk about your diet:
First off, 2 weeks on CKD is not sufficient, in my view, for it would not bring the results you are looking for. I would recommend at least 4 weeks of CKD. We can try the hardcore approach: 6/1 (ketosis/carb-up)...it's hard to accomplish but if you are willing to try, then I am willing to help.

No, your metabolism will not get "messed up" after 4 weeks of CKD, because, from past experience, I only see big changes in the way your body works in about 8 weeks. (it usually takes about 3-4 weeks for your body to adapt to Ketosis, in turn, the blood PH levels raise to neutral)...Therefore, you can run CKD for 4 weeks and then go back to 40/30/30 with pretty much no problems.

6 days in Ketosis:
first figure out your BMR (basal-metabolic-rate)...
weight x 12=BMR
Day:
1: 85%fat/15% protein ...BMR-5%
2: 80%fat/20%protein...BMR-10%
3: 75%fat/25%protein...BMR-20%
4: 70%fat/30%protein...BMR
5: 75%fat/25%protein...BMR-15%
6: 70%fat/30%protein...BMR-10%
7: (CARB-UP) 70%carbs/20%protein/10%fat
-> BMR+10/15% (you can go up to +20%)

Carb-Up: should consist of glucose polymers mostly...
I would recommend just getting a carb powder like CarboMax or dextrose or some sort of clean carb powder and mixing it with a scoop of protein and some glutamine for maximum results.
(this way you can control carb intake 100% and make sure nothing spills over and this will definitely have a great impact on your fat-loss, because control is the key to success)

Mr.X,

I appreciate the help....I forgot to ad that i am running test prop @ 200mg EOD....I will be training my same routine and not worrying about glycogen depleting day of carb up.....I will just be cutting back on the rep scheme.

I will let you know how it goes and hopefully the Test Prop will help out a bit.

THANKS, NJstacked

Sounds like you've got all the "supplements" you need. Try, stacking Prop with Fina (injectable=get the kit)...this has been ,BY FAR, the best stack I have ever tried.

Mr. X,

What is your opinion of using a CKD diet on a cycle of winny/EQ? Trying to cut up. Just curious thanks alot, the help is really appreiciated.

M56M

It's a great idea...the winny/eq will help keep all the muscle while in ketosis and it will increase muscle gain during the supercompensation.
In fact, it's an awesome idea.

Mr. X,
Wow, thats sounds fucking awesome, i am on it right now EQ/Winny and i was a little afraid that it will make me loose muscle. SO can i work it the same as NJStacked's diet you put together i am about 191lb, 5'8'', 10%(i posted it was 13 before i knew the test i used was inaccurate)...tell me what do you think. I have put on about 20lbs since last year and i am terifyed of losing it.... thanks for you help, you are always very informative, i appreciate that.

M56M

Yes, you can do the same diet, M56M and you wont run any chance of muscle loss at all. In fact, muscle gain during the supercompensation re-carb will be a great factor.
