I currently weigh @210lbs.

To cut 210 x 12
To maintain 210 x 15
To add a bit of size w/o alot of fat 210 x 19

Are these the general rules of thumb?

I would say 17-19, but it all depends on your metabolism, most people can easily get away w/ 20......the rest are fine
