variation New member May 11, 2003 #1 ok, so let me get this straight, for Mr.X worksheet.. do you put in current body weight then adjust it every time a 1 week period is over to the new bodyweight, or are you suppose to put in ideal body weight and stick to that?

Toozee New member May 11, 2003 #2 I just got off a ckd. I didn't use the worksheet, but you should use your current weight when calculating calories, etc. I usually checked my weight every Friday morning, and then recalculated calories using my new weight. -2Z-
