For the Carb-up day, you state that you should do a full body workout in the a.m, then immediately afterwards, carb-up. Do I workout on an empty stomach?

I was also wondering if this workout could work.
Day 1- Upper body
Day 2- Lower body
Day 3- Caridio
Day 4- Caridio
Day 5- Upper body
Day 6- Lower body
Day 7- Cardio/carb-up

You told me before that by day 3 my body is going to be very fatigued, but I feel I'll be able to do it, even if it means a light workout.

Any input would be great, because I feel as if I need to work both sections (upper/lower) seperately, rather than all in one day, like you state on day 6-7.

If this won't work, please tell me.

yes, you workout on an empty stomach

your feeling is wrong....you will burn up all your muscle tissue working out that way....where do you think your body will get glycogen? if none is present in the system....FROM MUSCLE TISSUE, so your muscle proteins will be broken down into glucose for the body to use....===lose muscle

Then what's the reasoning behind working out day 6-7 for a full body circuit? Aren't you not doing the exact same thing.. as what I just posted.. I'll still be burning muscle tissue?

The reason for the circuit is to deplete the muscle of all water/electrolytes/little glucose (if any) and all other nutrients, which will make the refeed high anabolic. (good)

Do I still do 2 exercises/4sets for each bodypart? with 20-25reps?

correct, you do a very light weight workout-

you can do many things, but I would recommend reading the manual again, I point out a CIRCUIT training routine: meaning you do one exercise for one bodypart for one set-dropset and move on to the next bodypart
