For the Carb-up day, you state that you should do a full body workout in the a.m, then immediately afterwards, carb-up. Do I workout on an empty stomach?
I was also wondering if this workout could work.
Day 1- Upper body
Day 2- Lower body
Day 3- Caridio
Day 4- Caridio
Day 5- Upper body
Day 6- Lower body
Day 7- Cardio/carb-up
You told me before that by day 3 my body is going to be very fatigued, but I feel I'll be able to do it, even if it means a light workout.
Any input would be great, because I feel as if I need to work both sections (upper/lower) seperately, rather than all in one day, like you state on day 6-7.
If this won't work, please tell me.
