I read over one of your post on Omega's thread and you reccomend a anti catabolic agent to prevent muscle loss,Do you mean juice or what specifically are you reccomending,I wanted to go natural on this diet and can only afford protein powder and maybe flax oil if Im lucky

Yes, when I mentioned anti-catabolic I meant AS....

I plan to do this diet for roughly 6 weeks would I more than likely lose alot of muscle doing this natty?

"this diet" you mean the one Omega posted?...if so, you probably will lose muscle, yet I can't say for sure because it can also vary depending on genetics......

not omegas as I dont plan on using some of his supps, my diet is this

meal 1 4 full eggs with graded chesse made into omlette

meal 2 2 hard boiled eggs ,med salad 2 tbsp full fat salad dressing

meal 3 2 cans of tuna with some mayo

meal 4 1 tbsp veg oil & 1 tbsp flaxoil (two veg oil till I get flax),green veggies

Meal 5 4oz cheese

meal 6(pw) protien shake 25 gram pro,w milk 500mg

1gal water/day

and one carb up day a week

also how many times a day would I test with keto strips
 
You should be able to hit ketosis in about 48hrs...
it's pretty effective to check in the afternoon...

If you carbup, don't worry about losing muscle...
