Anthony you gave some advice about using nizoral shampoo for bacne etc, used since reading your article and guess what, it works, well so far so good. Using it with the rest of my things and all is looking good, so thanks mate. Oh and would the cream version of the active ingredient be better I can get my hands on that as well.

I think that anything with a 1-2% concentration of Ketoconazole would be fine. What does the cream have in it that the shampoo doesn't? Is there another ingredient (a transdermal carrier)?

I am not sure just saw the active ingredient as the same as the shampoo. Seems ok.
