hahaha..

I feel fuckin great!!!
Im in my 4th week now in already gained 15 friggin pounds!!
I've stopped running Dbol, nipples feel sore...
Now im just running 500mg of Sust every week..

Going on a 12 week cycle.. and going to add some fina soon...
Also looking for some Nolva..

Im strong as hell! Tuesday i did 230Lbs bent-over rows for 5 1/2 reps... :p
Only thing that irritates me is that i get a pump on everything..
when i just walk the stairs, my calves feel like they're ready the pop! Also when im training... after the first set my muscles feel like baloons.. they're pumped so much i have even trouble finishing training...

But who cares.. IM GROWING LIKE A MOFO!! :D :D :D

What 230 isn't that strong??? im talking bent-over barbelrows..
maybe i miss calculated, but it was 110 kg.

but okay.. i try to pass that 450 lbs bent rows..

To keep things in perspective, on Ron Coleman's video his heavy set he does bent rows with 500lbs, now that is very serious poundage, so you can gauge yourself by that.

gauging yourself by one of the strongest men on the planet, doesnt make much sense to me. I deadlift 550lbs for sets of 5 raw, and cant row much more than 225lbs for reps, so I'd say it was respectable

strength is relative to each person, everyone is different as far as CNS, tendon attachment, ligament attachment, tendon length, bone length, muscle belly, fast twitch/slow twitch makeup. it is pointless to compare against others. judge your strength on where you start and where you finish. and remember good form reps are twice as good as just throwing the weight around. I would rather see someone row 225 with perfect form and breathing than a 500 pound row where they just throw the weight up and down because they can.

What I meant by gauging yourself by coleman is- if he is doing 500 then 230 is pretty good, As far as comparing yourself to someone that strong.
