The oldest KC member seems to be a posting machine....

How many boards are you a member of Mr.DB?

You have over 10,000 posts over Steriodology.com, a few thousands here and I am sure you may be postin on a few other boards? IT maybe??

Wow, a thread all about me???!!!!

I must be registered at just about every board on the net. Must come from not having a life...

I've got almost 19000 posts on s-ology, that's my "home" board. I started coming here whenever things got slow at "home," at first just to keep from getting caught by the three-week non-activity thing, but I discovered that, despite whatever differences I may have with mgmt. here, the C&C board is fun, and populated by some good people. Only other places I pop up with any regularity are XM and IT. And the LPSG.

So, is anyone gonna be able to challenge Schumacher in the 2004 F1 season?

I think the pain would be a little higher up than that...

Montoya is like the Hugo Girard of F1. Great in qualifying, always chokes in the big race.

I used to watch Formula One a lot.....My favorite used to be Ayrton Senna who I think would ahve been the greatest if he didnt tragically die in an accident.

For the last 3-4 years there were no viable challengers, thus the specatcle became boring....As of now I barely watch any races......maybe after Shumi retires ...

Actually, last year's season was a lot of fun, with tons of close competition, and Schumacher didn't sew up the title 'til the end of the season.

This year, he's run away with both races so far. The most interesting thing about this season so far is that, for the first time, BAR actually has a competitive car. Now that Villeneuve is gone...

I was never a Senna fan, sorry. Him or Mansell, Nige the Whinge. I hate to admit this, but watching the Imola race in 1994, when Senna went off I stood up and shouted "YES!" Of course that was before it became apparent that he was killed, I wouldn't wish that on anyone. It would have been interesting to see Senna and Schumacher competing for a few years. Before his death, I thought that Schumacher pretty much had Senna's number in 1994.

Only person I can see beating Schumacher are Coulthard and I don't think it will happen.

Coulthard is past his sell-by date. I was extremely impressed by him back when he was driving for Williams, I thought he was much better than that prat Damon Hill, but DC hasn't really done much since then. I think he's another journeyman driver, probably not any better than Panis or HHF, but who was lucky enough to always have a good ride.

Too bad that there is so little coverage in the US...I dotn even know when and what channel is broadcasting formula one anymore.....

Lets not forget that besides Shumi's talent ,heis driving the best car all aroun.....For the last 5 years BMW and McLarren were not able to match Ferrari and it showed.

I may watch again when the race is no longer a one man show....

The races are covered by Speed Channel in the USA (formerly Speedvision). They run the race live, which is always 1:00 PM Sunday local time (7:00 AM Central time for European races), and also show a re-run on Sunday night at 8:00 PM (Central time) and again at midnight.

Last year the BMW and McLaren very nearly had the Ferrari's number. This year everyone is playing catch-up.

He will win it this year. You'll see.

I've heard people saying that for the past four years.

First, BMW has to come up with an engine that can last the race weekend, consistently...

I dont have Speed Channel.....I used to see the races on ESPN and I am not sure if ESPN still covers the races now.

Nope, Speed Channel has the exclusive rights for USA coverage.

His problems have come from the cars he drives breaking down on him, not his driving skills. Engine problems held him back when he was racing Cart also. If you put that guy on a good car he would take over.

He's also had difficulties with racecraft and strategy when his car was working...

I'm only pretty good? :(

And for you to notice that I'm everywhere, you'd have to be everywhere too, no???

Cutting him some slack here... He came on to the F1 scene and placed higher in his frist year than guys who have been around for ages.
He is a young guy an has many years ahead of him, race car drivers get better with age.... ( they really do ). The guy has amazing talent that just needs time to mature, I see him in the top 4 this year and possibly a contender for the tittle next year. . . . That is if he can get a decent fucking car under him.

I find nothing here with which to disagree. :D

Peabody? Sounds like a reference to the Wayback Machine. Did you bump up an old thread?

My cat just brought in a snake. It's a very small one, but it's not quite dead yet.
