Well - you know I was literally unable to do ANY training until the last week in Feb. Right now - I really don't think I could possibly be doing any more than I am right now.

Down to around 11% BF - will be 8-9 by April 1st.

i'm not nearly as close as you are but then i started with a lot less to work with as well. Altho I am not doing too shabby and I am playing fair until april 1st.
