MP3 Player help

i'm looking to buy an MP3 player for my boyfriend for his birthday. i have the RioSport S35S, which i really like, but i don't want to buy him the same one.

i want something durable, since he's likely to drop it frequently. i would prefer something that already has 256mb...but i would buy one with 128mb if i could buy additional memory cards for it.

i want it small and easy to use....and i want to spend between $100 - $150.

anyone have any suggestions??
