I just bought this 18 speed, dual suspension bike that reads "airstrike" and "Xgames" on it with ASR on the front wheels
color = red and yellow

I paid $50, what is the "real" estimated price on a bike like this?

unless you compete most any bike will work. i built mine from "hot" parts. suits me fine and cost 20 bucks.

The bike is a total peice of shit. Do yourself a favor and get it stolen IF you actually intend to ride a bit. All cheap full suspension suck worse than normal cheap front suspension(hardtail) bikes. Buy a bike from a bike shop.

i bike and work at a bike so i consider myself pretty knowledgable. i think gary fisher is a great bike as long as you how to take care of it and but one that is designed what it supposed to do. you cant go off 10 foot drops off an 400 dollar fisher.

I can't find an actualbrand on it, I only see the fancy stickers on it. It looks pretty solid, i took it around the block and the gears are smooth, it has the kind of gears that you change by turning the handle. The brakes are extremely good, i almost flipped over the first time i presed. I do not plan on actually riding ito nmountanous terrain. I will probably use it to ride to the beach, there are also tons of roads wit hbike lanes tht go around hills and really cool coastal views. Since I ma not too knowledgable about mountain bike and it looked so "hightech" to me, and it said "X games" i thought i might have gotten a real deal, like I said $50.

if you can post a pic i can really tell what it's worth. i need names of parts, brands. that's what i know and can actually give you a good estimate.

btw, a 5000 dollar bike can shift bad just by making one turn on the quick adjust on the rear derailer.

well it is worth 50 dollars but that is it.
steel frame
steel wheels
crappy brakes
crappy gripshifts
freewheel
probably 2" travel shock
overall shitty componentry
wanna-be Y frame is kinda cute though

x-games is the company that sells it but is probably a subdivision of Huffy or Next.

I feel like the people who go to Antique Roadshow with some sort of trinket that they think is worth a lot then they get "moded" when they find out its worthless.

I'll probbly wind up selling it to one of the neighborhood kids for the same price, one of their moms already asked about it.

By the way, it's likely the stem(connects frame to handlebars) is above the minimum insertion line. Please lower to avoid ugly face plant.
