i was the Keystone 36 hours event last weekend, (basically the life are open 36 hours straight)
there were some dumbass's the mountain should have taken @ 3am. people crazy drunk on the slopes @ -5 degrees out. one guy even had his pants pulled down, too bad he didnt fall under the chairlift. that would have been funny for us, painful for him!

Damn. I don't go back country anymore. A friend of mine died 2 years ago after he went off of a cliff when he went out of bounds at Brighton. I had to go up and get his truck with his dog in it, he just got married, it really sucked.

I've never been backcountry.....doubt I could handle it - I'm not *that* good of a skiier......plus I don't have a pack, shovel, beacon, etc....
