motivation

Hey guys whats up,

I am having some motivation problems.

1) I don't have girl (she broke up with me 5 weeks ago) and it doesn't help i'm on test.
2) I am on an omna only cycle and i haven't seen results (beg. wk 4) yet ( i realize they are slow BUT STILL)
3) School started and i hate it sooo much, the load is unbearable
4) I have no workout partner..no motivation
5) when i'm at the gym i can't stand listening to nsync and damn pop songs!

Kick me in the ASS! Please...gimmie something to be proud of!

1) Get some pornos
2) You should start to feel it this week (how many mgs?)
3) Study more frequently for less total time (helps me)
4) Workout partners just slow you down IMO
5) Get a walkman
 
Thanks for the ONE REPLY ( BigPsyco ). Anyone else have some suggestions on what they do to keep their motivation up, and their depression down?

Sounds odd but try taking a week off from the gym. THis should make you hungrier when you return to lift some big weights. Also it can give you a chance to balance the other things in you life and give you a chance to prioritize things that need to be done. Defineately get a walkman or minidisc player so you can make and listen to your own music. Don't worry about a training partner just try and find a couple of guys that you trust in order to have a spotter on hand when you need it without some jackass trying to kill you because they don't know what they're doing.
 
Girls come and go. The dumbells will always be there sitting on the rack ready to service you. Get a walkman. Take a lighter class load next time.
 
I'm no expert but I know that theres no greater motivation than seeing great gains, because your gear is taking so long to kick in then I take it you havent got any results yet, maybe u should have added a quick working oral in there, but anyway hang in ther bro, I'm sure It will be worth it.
 
I agree with the responces here...Try to limit the stress as it is not helping out your cycle any. Just keep a good diet, hit the weights hard and don't worry about the bitches, school just started there are many more of them ;)

thanks guys, the walkman thing is a must...maybe i just need to go beat some ass or sumthing i dunno! Well its week 4 of my cycle so it should be hitting in soon...lets hope! laters, BIGNBEEFY

Great advice Scotsman, if you're feeling overloaded with stress you're probably just going to be banging your head through workouts. Take a week off..it's the smart thing to do. You're probably feeling this way because as human beings we don't like change we like being and operating in our own surroundings. New class schedules can easily though us off mentally so during these times of 'change' we should give ourselves a break until we become accustomed to our new surroundings.
