i can't stop eating!

my day starts out perfect.... morning run 4 miles in 30 mins, followed by my flax seed oil/ carton of egg whites and some fruit...then MRP then a good lunch turkey on whole wheat noithing else at some point during the day i lose it.... binge eat until i can't breathe....
my i'm not worried about my muscle mass because i am getting really big and strong....but i feel bloated and fat.

how can i get through the 1st day without fucking up my diet.... i just need to get through a few days and i'll be able to do it. i have ran 80 miles in the past month and i am gaining weight.... am eating an unbelievable amount of calories at night! i would say 4000-6000 everynight.... give me some motivation or advise.
 
i read about this a while back, and tried it myself and it works pretty well. go out and buy yourself a bunch of bags of pre-shelled walnuts. whenever you get hungry, eat em. it kills hunger in a flash (i think because of the fats in them, don't remember) plus they're protein so it's all good.
 
Every time you run four miles........there's some fat man somewhere railing the shit out of a hot ass bitch.



Now go eat your flaxseed oil. :elephant:
