Diana Krall has some good ones on her 'The Look of Love' album, such as 'Besame Mucho', 'Dancing in the Dark', etc.

If you're into jazz, Fourplay has some great ones, such as their rendition of 'Between the Sheets', 'Someone to Love', 'Closer I Get to You', 'Cafe L'Amour', etc. Highly recommended.
