Most potent joint recovery method

Hey fellas, I'm just gonna get straight to the point. My joints are pretty much shot. I deal with a lot of pain in my knees daily and my shoulders often times hold me back from doing upper body workouts. I haven't been able to get up from the squat position in over 2 years and as a young athlete, this is very troublesome- especially since I had hopes of playing college basketball.

I'm wondering what the best route to recovery is. I've been on osta/s4 for 6 weeks and have seen very few signs of recovery. And yes I've been doing physical therapy practically this whole time I've been injured.

stats are: 21, 11-12%, training just over 2 years, 184 lbs, no cycles other than the aforementioned sarms.

I'm seeing a sports doctor soon and will be bringing up the idea of hgh as a mean for recovery. What are your guys' thoughts on this?

thanks

i think that's a HUGE mistake to even consider... your way too young and there is absolutely no point in that... i would try tb-500 and see if that can be of help... it is helping so many people right now... I would take that along with forged joint repair and see how that treats you after about a month... you have no clue what your getting yourself into with hgh... try what i said and see how that works for you...

thanks for the input bro. After you said that I remembered reading something about excess hgh in the system doing absolutely nothing and I'm pretty young and probably have pretty high levels, so now I see why it's a mistake. if you could expand on what you meant by 'you have no clue what your getting yourself into...' I'd appreciate that.

I don't have a lot of knowledge about tb 500 so I'll read up on that for at least a few days. I just found your thread about it. Are there good reviews for forged joint repair?

I also forgot to mention that I have Chondromalacia. That basically means I don't have any cartilage left under my knee cap

Forged joint repair works really really good! For me it felt like it took about 3 weeks to really kick in before I could tell but definately works

How's your diet? Look into dietary inflammation. What you eat could be exacerbating your situation.

i use forged joint repair with skeletal balm and now i just started taking the glutamine power chews as well... they definitely help...
