most benefit during bulking?

What do you guys think is the most benefit during bulking, Protein intake, or carb and fat intake? Im 6'1" tall, @ 205 right now, going to start a new cycle, and I would like to get my diet the best possible. My target weight is 225-230 lbs, what would my ideal caloric intake per day be? Anyone have any diets to share or where they are posted??

well I would say protein..but they are all extremely important..they all have their own roles.

A caloric amount you need to intake to gain would be at least 3500+..
 
I dont think any one is more important than the next. They all have their roles. Like poysyn said, just make sure your have a caloric surpluss and eat fairly clean and watch the muscle appear.
