if you are post cycle and get morning wood, would that mean that your natural test is back online? Reason I ask is that I am 2 weeks post cycle runing hcg and arimidex, this is happening.

Its the HCG and Arimidex. You are not back to normal yet, give it another month or two. I am also assuming that you are going to start clomid or novla in a week or two.
