Morning Coffee Thread

Its that time again, I got maybe 2 hrs of sleep last night and will depend on coffee to drag my ass through the day and night as I have plans to see a friend tonight.

so who is up and will join me? :coffee:

i'm up, no coffee for me though...i'm not much of a coffee person. my EC stack should help get me through the day though ;)

I think it was for the best,if I would have gone to class strung out on caffiene I would have been a irritable bitch all day and people would drive me nuts

yep, and some people drive me nuts even when i'm not in an irritable mood... when i am in an irritable mood i'm that much closer to wanting to punch them in the face :rolleyes:

lol arent people our age wonderful? half my class just fucks around the entire time talking and being disruptive, I couldnt have handled that today

thats awesome how did the peel testing go? Im just waiting till I can borrow someones car to get my G,and get my first aid then Im going to apply to peel,and get my ats so I can try for metro aswell

Ender- Im 20,but got my licence late,I think I was 18 or so when I went for my g1, I had planned on joining the army full time and didnt see a need for it,but that fell through and I was stuck with no civilian licence,it sucked

I was in for a year,it was great at first,but I experienced a few bad people which it turns out it was just the way the reserves work and reg force is better, but Im glad I didnt sign my life away to sit in Afghanistan in a damn tent or in a igloo in Alert
 
lol its was ok.. i reccomend studying hard for it.. lots of crap on it... theres going to be questions on there u will be like " wtf?!"

basic math... the physical is easy.. i was told it was hard... lol my ass!

the tet is 45mins as oppose to 1hr 15min! so be prepared for that!!!
its not "Hard" pick up a study guide from chapters or something. and dont stress it. its jsut shitty to wait 6mos to re-apply!

i have some connections with Metro Police, so im going to try them...


btw.. can someone PLZ give me some Karma!! Plzz!!!! lol

what tests did you have to do?
I already passed the GATB and WCT at school along with the prep test,so Im not too worried
 
yea dont worry about it then.
its basic, the first test. visuals.. patters.. u know like sesame street" which of these things is not like the other..."lol look for FINE details, patterns.. dont be overrational.
just try to use common sence. i just finished my security training so im going to do that for a bit, money.. experience... and then apply again.
 
thats cool, I got a back up plan also if I cant get into a police agency or corrections.

there is a company in toronto called intelligarde who have alot of people move on to be cops,and they support those pursuits by their employees,you should check it out.

look kool and all.. but i dont feel like being a Rent-a cop,... or so i kind of am rite now lol

i want the real deal..i cant settle for less
 
I agree the real deal is what Im out for aswell but from checking out their site they are more then regular security, I mean where else will you get k9 training before your in uniform. and unlike most employers they encourage you to do more and strive for your goals.

thats just my back up if I dont get hired right out of college,and if I dont I assume its due to lack of life experience,so that will help
