Morning cardio and wsb

Would 30 minutes of thise be detrimental to my progress with wsb. Maybe twice a week? im currently not doing any gpp work. would this make a decent substitute for this?

i'm guessing it depends what kind of cardio. i'd reccomend sled dragging or something that will help specifically with your goals
