On some mornings........as I get older it appears to happen more and more......I awaken with a very stiff lower back. If I bend over to pick something up or even shift my balance quickly pain flares up and it feels like it is going to go out on me. Does anyone know any good stretches that can loosen it up before getting out of bed on those days. The only days that I work out in the morning are Saturdays and Sunday...............but I have missed a couple recently do to the weakness caused by the pain.
