Im on a cycle just now , A few weeks ago I had 3 days off the gym and when I went back I had put on 3 lbs which was strange because I hadnt been eating my usual diet because I was staying with friends. If anything I had been eating less than normal. For the last 3 weks Ive been training as normal and been putting on weight steadily but I thought Id plateauedv as far as big gains were concerned because Im at week 9 of my cycle. Well Ive just had another 3 day break again and put on 2 lbs. I havnt been eating any more than normal, Whats going on. Is it because Im getting more rest? Im training 5 days out of 7 with no cardio. Any ideas Bro's
