More rest?

Im on a cycle just now , A few weeks ago I had 3 days off the gym and when I went back I had put on 3 lbs which was strange because I hadnt been eating my usual diet because I was staying with friends. If anything I had been eating less than normal. For the last 3 weks Ive been training as normal and been putting on weight steadily but I thought Id plateauedv as far as big gains were concerned because Im at week 9 of my cycle. Well Ive just had another 3 day break again and put on 2 lbs. I havnt been eating any more than normal, Whats going on. Is it because Im getting more rest? Im training 5 days out of 7 with no cardio. Any ideas Bro's
 
Ok come on guys help, Im just back from a weekend away and its happened again. I went away on thursday and came back on tuesday. My last workout before I went away was wednesday and I did legs. I did one workout at my mates gym on saturday which was chest and triceps. I havnt been eating nearly the same amount of food as my usual diet, Infact way less than normal and Ive been partying hard. Ive lost bodyfat and my forearms look visibly more vascular. And wait for it Ive put on 2 kilos, Yes 4.4lbs. Someone must have an opinion. Everytime I take a break for a few days my weight goes up. I thought Id put on all I was going to this cycle until I had a break a few weeks ago and Ive put on 3.5 kilos since taking my weight up 14 kilos this cycle.
