hey guys i'm having no problem eatin no carbs its just i cant seem to stomach all the foods to get a lot more fat than protein i tend to be in the 60-50% fat range and then 40-50% protein range is this a major problem?
 
that's fine. the ratio's don't have to be exact.

but if you want to increase your fat intake, you could always supplement with Flax oil, UDO's, Fish oils etc.
