I just know I'm going to be thinking of more questions to ask the more experienced, even if they're questions no one can answer... such as this one:
Considering the release of GH could be blunted by eating within a certain period of time before and after pinning, would something such as a pre-workout drink (sugarless and little or no calories) 30 minutes or even an hour before pinning do the same thing? It's so damned hard to time everything just right when you have at least two different supplements which have to be taken on an empty stomach (by my research rats of course). Anyone have any good guesses, if not a definitive answer on this?
