I researched all questions via the search engine(s) but too much conflicting data and dated information…

Question #1

Injection measurement?
I have much conflicting info from a search on the subject…

Nutropin 10 mg bottles at 30 IU to be diluted via 10 ml sterile water additions…
Thus, each 10 ml bottle will have 30 IU
Therefore… 1.0 ml = 1.0 cc = 3 IU
For a total of 4 IU, this would be 1.33 ml = 1.33 cc

Now the question????

U100 Ultrafine Pins at 1cc
4 IU at twice a day would be 2 IU each injection…

So 2 IU would equal 66 on the Ultrafine Syringe or 2/3 of a full 1 ml (1cc) syringe…

A past post mentioned 6.6 – that must be wrong…(????)

Best time to inject?

Most tell me in the morning and right after training – like... right after your last set in the gym. I have read that before going to bed is better? Any Opinions accepted…

Everyone tells me unless you run it with Insulin (and, of course, AS), results are less than desired. Thoughts…

Question #4

Aside from obvious constraints using Insulin, what should my diet consist of? Are a greater number of calories even from fat a benefit to growth? Goal is lean muscle mass but do not want to dilute overall results.

Stats and Goals:

Years of age = 38, Training some 16 years, 5’10” and 212 lbs at winter fat of 12 –14 % BF… Summer stats with 45-60 min cardio and low-androgen AS’s and/or Test with clean diet approximately 7-8 % BF with full muscle-belly's and good vascularity...

First time trying GH and want to maximize results… Again, goal is to get hard. Most suggest the application of the Insulin (amount and timing) will determine the direction one's body takes... Bulk vs Hardness...

Input welcomed!!!

Here Goes

Question 1:

If you are diluting 30IU's in 10 Ml then as per your calculation 1ml / cc will yield 3IU's.
1 IU = 33.3 and as such 2 IU's = 66.6 on a U100 Syringe. The answer of 6.6 is not wrong but merely calibrated differently. By that I mean the measurements are x10, meaning that 6.6 is in fcat equal to 66.6 on a U100 syringe.

Question 2:

Ironmaster is the best to reply on this one. He has a graph of GH levels thoughout the day. If I remember correclty he advises against GH at night (just before bed) since this is when your natural levels are highest (when sleeping). Synthetic GH supresses natyral production for 2-3 hours so taking it at bed time would supress your natural release of GH.

I have taken it mid morning and right after training, it seemed to work well. If this is the optinal soultion I am not sure.

Question 3:

Inslulin and T3 hormones are added to the cycle since GH is found to reduce thyroid and insulin levels. Adding the T3 will greatly increase the thermogenics of the cycle.

Question 4:

I would personaly stay away from high fat diet with GH and insulin. I would recommend a moderate carb and high protein. If you are using insulin you will need to make sure that you are getting enough carb after taking your shots.

Q: Is there value to rotation of injections above the typical recommended amount -- i. e. venture outside stomach "fat" injections to site injections to include shoulder and/or thighs? I realize that IM injections are out and subcutaneous injections (fat) a must...
I have also heard that injections into to the belly-button are of great value?


Q: When I run my Cytomel, what is the mcg level per day -- I would assume 50 mcg... Should I take it twice/four times a day since I believe its half-life is 6-8 hours?

The site injection question was answered in a different post earlier but difficult to understand content...

Crux of info suggested IM injection of GH promotes more fat burning while the recommended subcutaneous injection to upper-thigh and/or stomach promotes more growth...

While I will stay with "fat" injection, bumped for more info on all to include running T3...
