Needless to say i finally had to call a lawyer..

What are they denying? who is at fault or the value of your car?

I thought that a snow plow backed into you?

It's more than that.. the person handling ym case was gone for 5 days and won't answer any of my questions.. they feel it's been settled etc.. but there are quite a few loose ends
