Moody and Emotional on Test?

mrcashcream

New member
Using Test Prop & NPP. 2 weeks in. Noticed Ive been very moody as of late, from highs and lows, temper seems to easily go off, and I get down often as well. Is this a result of the Test or has anyone else had the same effects? I've used Test E before, and I dont recall the mood swings and depressive states when things dont go my way, so this is why Im asking.

The only other "new" thing Im using since the moodyness has occured is accutane.

What can I get to combat these mood swings, and the depressive syndrome, I feel out of character cus Im not normally like this, all emo and stuff.

It's probably an elevation in blood pressure.

Are you taking any kind of AI?

If not, then add one in.

Yes, AIFM

I feel like I'm bi-polar, I've started snorting my bottle of Oxycalm, is there anything else recommended to combat this issue?

What dosages of AAS are you using and how much AIFM per day?

Try lowering any junk foods and sugary crap. Try to keep insulin levels stable as much as possible as well. Bump up your water intake to 1.5-2.0+ Gallons per day if you are not already doing so.

no junk food. Only sugar I take is with my PWO shake w/creatine. I drink a ton of water. Doses are:

Test Prop 600/wk
NPP 450/wk

AIFM 2 squirts 2x daily

Eating a lot of high sodium foods?

Age?

If so, then try adding in some extra potassium with these meals...as well as probably limiting sodium itself (doesn't have to be completely taken out though).

For the most part, I try to strive for a 2:1 ratio of Na+:K

I make a good effort to eliminate sodium from my diet cus I hate the bloated feeling that comes along with it. I'm 23. My diet has been the same for months now as well, I'm big on pultry, about 90% of my diet. I eat alot of dry roasted, unsalted peanuts in the evening as well, so I think I'm getting a fair share of potassium from them. Limiting carbs, could that alter my mood as well? Ive heard others say they feel moody on a lower carb diet.

Though test typically makes most people feel good, mood swings / depression are not uncommon.... but I think you hit it on the nail, it could very well be your diet... particularly, low-carb diets can make you feel like crap.... if you still have a way's to go with your diet and cycle, then continue with the Oxycalm or something like P-7... or try some of those herbal remedies to help stabilize the mood (I've heard St. John's wort doesn't really do anything but there are others that can help)... make sure you're taking your multi-vitamins, especially B-Vitamins....if the depression is really bad, then maybe consider some low-dose xanax or valium for the short-term (as a last resort)
