Carr will be the best young qb since Donavan, better arm, less mobility of course, he looks like a solid 15 year starter.

The Texans have no weapons on O, and defense will wear down, overrated anyway.

i wouldnt say better arm... maybe a more accurate arm, but not stronger... i am not sure dmac doesnt have the strongest arm in football... he has a fuckin rocket... it doesnt always hit its mark, but man it is like the young favre's laser.

I saw Carr on TV this weekend where they were showing the coaches working on his mechanics, trying to make him come over the top with his delivery instead of dropping down 3/4 arm. He has a strong arm, but I still think he will revert back to throwing the ball side armed when he is pressured.

You're right . . . no shotgun arm, but very accurate. Also has better stats in his first two years with the 49'ers than Montana and Young. Not saying he's better, just better stats. Fun to watch also.

Bad habits die hard. Kerry Collins has a whole set of bad habits in his arsenal. I think he writes what they are, pins it on a board and throws a dart. Whatever one it lands on . . . is the one he reverts back to for that year.

As for the Texans, being from Houston I am a natural fan, I was really disappointed by the recievers. They sucked.

Carr will do nothing without a superstar reciever, and a shitty RB can't help. Hopefully they will find some rookie sensations to take those rolls, Carr is a winnner, just needs a supporting staff.
