Mods/vets loading cyp & primo same syringe

Hey, with using the same syringe for both test cyp & primo.
Which one should you load first? Primo is an amp and test the vial. I have no idea. I know that you use a large guage to draw the goods, and change pins to shoot. But which one of these would be better to draw up first?
Can you use the same "draw up" pin for both of these?
OR would putting on into the other "contaminate" it?
Can someone "outline" these procedure(s) for this dog?

Draw both with the same 18g pin, draw from the vial first so u know exactly how much u take from it, then just draw everything from the amp so there is no guess work.
