Mods...please help settle this argument over DHT

Me and FatFinaHead disagree over a certain issue and I was hoping you would help us settle it.

His claim is that Winny is a "precursor" to DHT - as in, Winny converts into DHT. He made this claim while facetiously calling someone "Einstein". I told him that he ought to get his shit together before talking down to people, because Winny was not a precursor to DHT, but a DHT derivative and that is a very different thing.

Did I make the mistake of telling him to get his shit straight, when in fact I was wrong?

That's what I've been trying to get find out.

Bro, you might want to do some research yourself. Because Stanozolol is a precursor to DHT. I'll bank money on that one Einstien.

Well... I read the linked thread... at least down a few posts... and this thread.

I've used winny... no hair fall out. Friends used winny, hair falls out in clumps.

There are alot of things you can use to prevent this... various shampoos, DHT blockers... etc.

However, on my brief skim... FFHead's temperous attitude, I didn't see much problem with his explinations... maybe a bit too deep in analysis... but I didn't see anything I would argue with.
